Hey everyone im new here on third gen, and have a question about Trick Flows Super 23 cylinder heads. Will the ports on my stock bottom plenum match those on these heads? I have an 89 305 tpi 5speed car. Thank yall very much.

 

Short answer: yeah they will.

 

I run the Trickflow 195 CNC heads. You need to get the ones made for the 87 and up cars with centerbolt valve covers and the 72* angle middle intake manifold bolts. Otherwise, you would need to change your lower intake manifold base or elongate the middle holes.

 

Stock TPI intake. : 1.155" wide x 1.778" tall.
IIRC TFS 195 takes a # 1205 gasket :1.28" wide x 2.09" tall.
