Assuming you are talking about a firebird since you have KITT in your sig. A cold air intake is tough on a firebird because of the hidden headlights. Not sure if there is an aftermarket CAI available, but even if there was I don't know where you would put it. I saw a pic of one once, but it only took in hot underhood air. Comparitively, the stock air filter isn't that bad, because at least the intake is aimed at a cold air source (behind the right headlight). The stock Camaro TPI actually takes in cold air from in front of the rad.
