Need Help on Spark Plug Selection!!!

Alright this is what I have

327 SBC from a 67 Chevelle with tight Headman headers
TPI System from a 91 Camaro (7730 ECM)
Double Hump camel heads (Flat Gasket Seal for the Spark Plugs)
HEI ignition system with an Accel module
8.5mm MSD wires

My problem is that I keep fouling plugs!!! I have ran a few different ones in the SBC. First I ran some plugs for the block year (AP86) and fouled in a matter of a week. Then I tried to go to a hotter plug (Autolite 847) and could not use them cause of my headers. I ended up using some 437SS Accel silver tips and using index washers to bring them out since they are a projected plug and I shaved the heads down and they did touch… I am running them now, but I looked at them the other day and they too are starting to foul after about 3 months. GRRRR

I do know that I need a plug with about 3/8” thread to a gasket surface. I did look up one plug by Desno W9PR-U15 that might look promising (pretty hot plug) has any used them? But I am hoping that someone could help me, tired of buying sets of plugs!!!

Anyone has any ideas of what plug I should be using that would not foul and can be used on the old heads would help me out allot.
