Need some input I have an 89 gta that on start up(cold start)
Misses and hesitates and will sometimes stall. After the car warms up it starts to run better. But bogs bad and has a drooping low idle of 500-600 rpms. Car isn't throwing any codes
Ive replaced maf, spark plugs, header gaskets, seafomed engine,oil change
Tps voltage is 0.54, ohmd the injectors all injecters ohms were between 17-17.5 except
for three injectors, the number 2,5, and 6 injector. The
Number 2 injector ohms out to 10.8, the number 5 injector
ohms out to 8.3, and the number 6 injector ohms out to 8.2.
I have not set the timming yet(no timming gun) and did not set the Iac valve due to I don't think that is the issue with my low idle but I do plan on cleaning out the iac. The fuel pump primes to 43psi and at idle was 38 psi but that was with the vacuum line still connected. The car has hooker super comp headers 2055, 3in exhaust, bbk afpr,and cold air intake. Any input appreciated

i would set your timing i had the same problem as well, i fixed the timing and mine runs great now

 

I would follow the others instructions, as it seems likely that could be the source,
either way you should replace your 3 bad injectors, they can cause a unbelievable amount of trouble.

 

Yeah im just tryina find a timming gun to borrow but might end up having to buy one.
And i plan on getting a set of injectors by end of this month, my mpgs are **** im only seeing 100-120 mpgs if that. Is that anywhere near normal for the few mods i have?
