Weiand 7540 Stealth Ram

Can you use the stock L98 fuel rails, injectors, and ECM with the Stealth Ram? Also, it says you need to use a "small cap" distributor. There's only two GM distributors i've come across in my time. The kind that has the coil in the cap, and the kind with the coil mounted externally. Is distributor with the external coil the "small cap" distributor?
