89 firebird 350 runs weird after resetting computer

Hello,

My 89 firebird formula 350 is running weird after i reset the computer, i installed ported SLP runners and ported plenum to match and it was running great but after i reset the computer the car idles low (to about 400 rpms when stopped) and wants to stall and when i go 25 mph or less and let off the gas completely it will go down to idle while coasting

any ideas on this problem? or is it because the computer reset itself to stock? if so do i need to drive it around some more then it will fix itself?

Please help, thanks

check first for a vacume leak. its not uncommon to get one after changing runners.
