Vehicle Diagnostics...

After failing emissions, miserably, a friend lent me his Actron to use....

I failed CO, running super rich.... was 150% over the limit.

Here are some of the readings...and was hoping to get some of this translated...

The only code was: 45- rich O2

Air-Fuel ratio: 15
BLM: 108
BLM Cell: 4
O2: bounced back and forth from Lean-Rich
Feul Pump (V): 13.2
INJ PW (mS): 1.3
Intergrator: 125
Knock Ret: 0
Knock Sensor: 17
MAP (V): 1.05
MAT *F: 75
Spark Adv: 20
TPS sensor (V): .6
VATS: OK
Oil Temp: -39 ??
O2: bounced from about 200-850
O2 Crosscnts: circulated from about 50-500 over and over...

All this on a '92 TPI350 while idling at 1200rpms

Any help in identifying trouble areas would be great.

Re: Vehicle Diagnostics...

I don't see you listed the ect, Is the body of the ecm grounded ? If so this needs to be insulated from ground. Sounds like maybe a bad ecm.

Re: Vehicle Diagnostics...

The computer is sees that it is rich and is pulling as much fuel as allowed (BLM 108), plus the injector pulse width seems pretty narrow. Check your fuel pressure and check for leaky injectors.
