350 build
So we're currently building a forged 350 TPI. We haven't made a cam selection yet, but I'm trying to figure out what the difference is between these two cams?

The top end will be a ported Edelbrock base, with AS&M LTRs, a ported plenum, and a factory tb. We'll be using Dyno Don 1 3/4 headers and maintaining all smog equipment.
Thoughts?

Re: 350 build
The main thing is the 2nd one is ground on a 114 center line with .500 lift while the 1st cam is ground on a 112 center line with less lift. To make the best choice you need to decide what gear ratio you are gonna be running, clutch or stall convertor? The center line will determine what rpm range the cam will work best at and at what RPM it starts kicking in. You can call Summit and get the tech line. They will walk you through the 2 cams. Just be prepared to answer questions about your total package. Hope this helps.
