305 with 350 injectors?

I have a 305 but just picked up another hole tpi set up from a c4 corvette. Can I use the injectors on my 305? If so is their anything I have to change?

No, those injectors are going to be too big. Use the 305 injectors. 305 injectors are 19lb,while the 350 injectors are 22lb. Some of the Vette injectors are 24lb.

I do have an upgraded intake, and ignition. Added air + added spark should = added gas.

Of course you can use them. IF you tune for them.

Your PCM must know how the injectors act and if it doesn't then your fueling will not be right.

Re: 305 with 350 injectors?

How could I get the pcm tuned for it? And would it be worth it?

pcmsforless is one that's brought up on here often.

check with site sponsors to see if any will do it.
not worth it though for just an air intake. if you ported or changed heads, installed cam, port plenum, headers and exhaust.
or had a 350

They have a programming service I used for my car.
You'll get a separate board onto which can you stick your actual PROM and it communicates certain values between ECM and PROM, e.g. your injector size.
I needed it because I swapped my dead 19lb for 21lb injectors.

Re: 305 with 350 injectors?

Thank for the info I checked out that site. I think I might go with adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

That may not work out too good. You will have to turn the pressure down a lot to make your 22lb injectors squirt like 19's. It still won't run as good as if you had the proper size injectors in there.I would just change them to the proper injectors or you can get a custom chip made and get other stuff changed too in the process. Its up to you.
