park and neutral surge
it only surges in p and n. i put all new vacuum lines on it. new egr,new egr sol, new fpr, new fuel pump, new tps, new iac, new cts, new battery. i can feel it shaking when it surges up, smoothing out when it comes down. i tried the minium air trick and it does the same thing.
