Engine harness ?

I am swapping tpi into a nova and running the engine harness wiring now. Is the factory harness run over or under the fuel lines that tie the fuel rails together?

The injector connecters factory wires run along the intake between the runners and valve covers. it is a much cleaner look to run them on the inside of the intake and over the fuel rail.

I ran everything under the intake for a much cleaner look.
