Hoses for PCV,CCC,Breather,BYPASS

I am redoing broken vac lines as I resintall my runners/plenum

I am blocking off EGR so that is easy plug.

The line from pass valve cover to the TB broke, the CCC line under the TB to the CCC broke, the line from the under the plenum and T to the EGR and went to the CCC broke PCV from intake to driver valve broke as well.

So for the pass side breather is there a molded part from autozone or something similar anyone used with success and looks good. I think it is 3/8 so maybe 3/8" and a plastic elbow into TB

the driver PCV had just reg 3/8" tubed bent to the intake, it looks crappy and tight, is there a better hose/part solution for this?

The CCC has 2 connections what size elbows are these? they used hard lines. I am thinking 2 molded rubber elbows at the TB then flex hose to the CCC But can I just cap these off and remove them and run without vac to the can? Maybe but a breather on it?

My heater core is not hooked up, I have the valve, but for time being I am thinking run without it and just bypass TB. is there molded hose part that goes from the intake, through/under the drive belt and directly into the radiator? or is there a part that I can use to hook up my bypass valve to but allows me to mount it closer to the fender (not over the valve cover to clean things up?) I saw GY 60693 part for the std bypass will work but it is for the std location mounting
