TPI Harness

Ok, here it goes, I recently bought a 91 Firebird with the L03 TBI 305 engine, the car has given me some problems(erratic idle, stalls), I´m in the middle of diagnosing it, I noticed if i unplug the MAP it idles better and wont stall, but that´s another story.

What I would love to know is how hard it is to change from TBI to TPI, a guy is selling me the complete TPI intake, throttle body, fuel rails, fuel lines, injectors, etc, he also has the ECM and the wiring harness, the problem is he mentions the wiring harness may need some plugs changed, he has a spare harness form a 89 and will add it a no cost, so, how hard is it to do the changeover?

I tried the search button and as far as I understand, itps just a matter of unplugging my harness and plugging in the new one, changing the knock sensor and adding some fuel lines, as far as I know I can also just connect my vats to this PCM and have no problems, right?

This would be my first experience with TPI, anything I should check before I go out and buy the TPI system?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
