How to check for clogged injectors?

How to check for clogged injectors?
I have my fuel rail and injectors pulled so they're not in the motor. They're kinda dirty and a little bit rusty so is there any way I can check to see if they're clogged? The car is having a no start issue because its not getting any fuel. Fuel pump is working an I have pressure. Noid light says the injectors should be fireing, and the ohms on them are about 12. Theyre not clicking at all either. So is it possible to test for them being clogged without buying new ones?

If the injectors ohm out at 12, you might as well replace them with a new set. Anything 12ohms or less is the beginning of coil failure. Sounds like they've seen their day.

A new set of Bosch III injectors and the car idled better than it did brand new. South Bay Injectors will sell you the same injectors and treat you real good.

Car: 1987 IROC
Engine: 305
I have this problem with my 87. What a nightmare. Starts and runs great. My iroc can run for literally 5 seconds and purrs perfect. No hiccup or anything. If I shut it off it won't restart for about 30-60 mins.
I think the injectors are stock as in 1987 stock. If they read 12ohms could this be my problem? I hope so because this problem has been nickel and diming the death out of me. Never thought it could be the injectors.

Well my car is not even starting at all. It's been driving me crazy trying to figure out why and it has to be all my injectors are stuck because the motor is getting no fuel at all and everything else is working. I pulled my rail and injectors and hooked them back up and set it on a white towl and when I tried to turn it over there was no fuel on the towl but a tiny little rust colored spot on the towl under each injector

I don't want to push you into a sale, but those injectors sound like they belong in the trash. What size engine do you have? Give us a call at the shop. We'll give you some options and then you can take it from there.
