hi if I get a set of bosch III do you still need the clip on top of the injector or just leave the clip out. and are the ones from southbay ok to use 90 iroc 5.7.
thanks ron.I still have oems and 7 ohm at 19 and one ohms at 0.so I should get a new set.the car runs ok if I unplug the one injector.thanks ron.

 

Hi, I got Bosch III's for my 5.7 TPI from South Bay and they work great, I can recommend them, the car runs like a bat out of hell. You should not use the clip with the III's from SFI, they will be held down by the fuel pressure.I had no problems at all with leaks.

Remember to lightly lucricate the o-rings before installation, and install the injectors in the intake manifold first, then set the fuel rail down on them.

Bought the same from Southbay for my 88 GTA 5.7. They are fantastic. Follow install instructions and you'll be fine
