305TPI Map Sensor, FPR line routing
Guys, I'm new to the site and what a great find! A little help if anyone cares....
I recently replaced the FPR and in putting the system back together I got distracted a couple of days and now not sure of my connections between the MAP sensor, FPR, Intake, and Solenoid. It barely starts then dies and I'm wondering about a faulty MAP sensor next. Help??

Do you have a picture of how you have it hooked up currently? Here is a diagram showing how your vacuum lines should be hooked up as well.

Is there anything else you pulled off the car or changed while doing this?

Thanks for the reply and I'd be happy to take a pic. of it tomorrow. Not knowing better at the time, I originally took the TPI tunnel off to get to the FPR and tighten/check the fuel rail connections. Pretty sure all is well there and the fuel pressure tested well at 41. EGR is connected. Ideally, if someone could tell me precisely which port the MAP sensor is supposed to connect to I'd probably good.

The map sensor just gets hooked up to one of the vacuum fittings at the backside of the plenum. Hook it up by itself, don't "t" it or add other fitting to the same port as it.

Well I've successfully go the MAP sensor connected and the car starts (cold) and runs nicely until it seemingly warms up then dies and is difficult to re-start. I did have the plenum off to replace the FPR....could I have damaged the plenum's gaskets causing a failure to seal hence die after running?
