In your last post, you said you were getting 2.56 volts? It sounds like the MAF sensor is bad. Just be sure of your powers and grounds according to the diagram. If they are as they should be and you're getting 1 volt signal revving the engine, the MAF is bad.
The MAF relay is activated by the fuel pump relay output so the MAF won't have power when the FP isn't running.
