Vette vs F Body short block
I'm about to re power my 89 Firebird. I've got a line on a stock 91 Vette short block. I can't imagine there's any difference. I've already got a set of F Body heads.
Just wondering if anyones run into problems ?

Re: Vette vs F Body short block
Vette will likely have flat top pistons. The 89 fbody should have a small dish. Worth some compression to have flat tops

Though technically not part of the short block, Oil pump and oil pan are different.
