Car won't start

Hi I'm new to this site I recently just purchased a 91 camaro rs but the guy switched the motor out with a 89 tpi 350 he redid all the wiring it ran for awhile but one day it just stopped running would only turn over I replace the spark plugs,wires,distributor, ICM,ignition coil and ECM cuz it was fried but still doesn't want to run just keeps turning over any help would be great thanks

You'll have to start at the basics. Does it have spark? Fuel pressure? Are the injectors firing?

Yes just checked it today have fuel and plenty of spark and all injectors are firing as far as I hear but all it wants to do is turn over

The distributor may be off far enough or 180 off.

Turns out it was off 180 and I I guess the plugs were suppose to be gap at .35 instead on .50 but it starts up everytime now thanks again for the help
