Setting timing

I'm sure this has been asked before many many times. 90 305 tpi. Engine completely overhauled. New (larger) cam. Cylinders 30 over. Blah blah blah. Anyways. I've got the cam set 4 degrees advanced. What should I set my ignition (the distributor) at now ? Is going with the factory setting not gonna work now that the cam has been advanced? I think before the rebuild and mods I had it at like 7 degrees. But now that the cam vs the crank timing has changed, where do I want the ignition?
THANKS !!
