1986 tpi starts but doesn't keep running

Can't keep my eng running fuel spraying out of fuel rail when tapis removed and key off.took pic of pressure reg to show ht I found.Does it look bad??




Has cracks but not through

Although the valve disc appears to have some deformation/erosion, the bigger problem is that the diaphragm is delaminating and possibly on the verge of failure. Replace the diaphragm assembly at the least, or risk constant flooding and potential fire if the vacuum hose to the regulator also fails.

Thanks for the reply.Yes it is flooding I believe.the shrader valve does leak I took it off the rail and gas was squirting out of the hole big time.the key was off and gas just seemed to keep coming out.So I figured maybe the regulator was sticking? Just a theory
