Hey guys, 86 305 tpi sometimes wont start first thing in the morning when cold. crank and wont fire turn off crank again it might start or the next time. Once it does its ok the rest of the day. It does smell of fuel when it does start so probably getting plenty. Maybe spark situation?? all stock car. Had to replace pickup coil two years ago for no start period. Was from Autozone, only place that had one.???? Any help appreciated Allan

 

Do you hear the fuel pump run for 2 seconds with key-on-engine-off? If not, then you probably have a bad fuel pump relay.
