15 is low temp at coolant temp switch,,22 low voltage at tps,,,or fuel cuttoff relay circuit open or shorted to ground,,34 low voltage (high vacumn) at mass airflow sensor or map sensor,,42 fault at electronic spark timing or fault at direct ignition system,,or faultat fuel cut off relay circuit,,and y help would be greta and where is the fuel cutoff relay when i crank it the fuel pres is at 48 while cranking it goes to 42,,then after bout 20 secs is starts ta go down,,but it never starts

Hmmm... thats a tough one... when you mention fuel cutoff, I was thinking maybe the Vehicle Security System? But... the fuel is obviosly working, and you said you have spark... have you tried taking a plug out and testing for spark that way? Check it that way if not... Also, unplug the TPS and see if the car will start. Check the plug at the MAF?
This is odd, because the car is not starting at all.. and thats quite the list of codes. i am curious to see what other suggestions are posted as well as finding out whats the problem... so keep us posted if you find the culprit

3 relays at the right rear of engine bay, behind / above the master cylinder - one is the fuel pump, The other two (according to the Haynes Maual) are MAF Sensor power and Burn Off for '87.
On my Astro Van I had a wiring harnes that came loose - bump shook something that was not plugged in good?
Good luck on finding the culprit.
