Big cam question

So I'm putting a TPI 350 in a 88 Supra.

Basically it's a stock truck bottom end with a Lunati Voodoo cam (.489/.504 lift, 227/233 duration, 110/106 LSA), and some basic hand ported heads.

I've got an early 305 F body lower, upper and runners for the intake, but it's been converted to MAP with the 9th injector deleted. Computer is from a 350 MAP car, can't remember specifics right now, but it's running $8D bin.

My question is, to get the car started and running to get all the bugs worked out, should I go ahead and use the modified tune I have with my Ostrich, or run the stock PROM just to eliminate any complications I could have caused (self tuned)?

Thanks in advance
