305 TBI to 350 TBI tuning chip
I recently built and swapped a 350 TBI engine into my 91 z28 5-speed. The car originally had a 305 TBI in it. I have swapped all the 350's sensors and the injectors over too, and also installed a big comp cam and valve springs. 480 lift on intake and exhaust. I was wondering what kind of tuning chip I should buy. It still has the 305 computer. Car runs ok, but idles funny and can't get the timing right
Is there a company that makes custom chips or pre-programmed chips that anyone has had good luck with.

I tried mail order chips. Didn't have much luck with them. I suggest EBL Flash from Dynamic EFI. You can tune on the fly and the VE learn mode is awesome. The price is a bit steep, but its less than what I did which was waste money on the mail order chips then buy the Dynamic EFI system.
