Cold start, stalling and restarting issue

I recently acquired this car from my dad. He lost the info on the car. All he could remember about the motor is that it is a TPI 350 out of a Vette. It has the ninth injector for cold starts if that helps determine a year range. I have a few issues that I need help with.

1. When the car sits for just a couple days it acts as if its not getting spark or fuel and won't fire. I have confirmed that the spark is good and I checked fuel pressure with a gauge both KOEO and KOER and all checked out.
(If I give it a small shot of either it fires right up and purrs like a kitten)

2. After the engine warms up and driving for a couple miles the engine stalls out when coming to a stop in gear.

3. Random intervals it will not start back. It won't turn over, it acts like its dead completely. Have all power and good battery but when i turn the key nothing happens. If I let it set (sometimes several hours) it will eventually start again. (i was thinking heat soaked starter but now thinking neutral safety switch)

UPDATE: Replaced the neutral safety switch and still have the no start issue. I jumped it at the starter and it will start. Could it be a starter relay or solenoid????
