Granatelli Mass Air Flow Meter adjustment, any suggestions??

Anyone ever mess with the Granatelli mAF adjustment? Mine came used and i have no idea where the setting is. Car seems to run ok but i want to be sure. I have an '87 with a supercharged L98. Do i need a 5 gas analyzer? Or can i do it by g/sec? I have a basic obd 1 scanner that does give live data. Just seeing if anyone here has used this successfully.

Grams per second, idle on a stock engine is usually 8-9 gps.
If the maf maxes out too soon 255gps you might consider blowerworks maf.
