Code 32 after engine swap?

Code 32 after engine swap?
I just finished swaping a new engine in my 91 Z 28 today and on the way home, a code 32 flashed up which is the egr. Can anyone help me figure out what i should check to get the egr running right? Any help would be GREATLY appriciated.

Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt
