89 firebird 350 tpi running rich

Ive replaced fuel filter egr valve plugs wires rotor dist cap thermostat, o2 sensor , injectors, engine coolant sensor . Inlet air temp sensor, cut out catalytic converter.stalls out barely idles timing set to soecs tos sensor set to specs still runs barely any suggestions ????only thing i havent replaced is ecu thats next907-347-2528 any suggestions are appreciated thank you
