Dents & cosmetics

Whats the best way to get dents out of the runners & whats the nest way to clean up a manifold?

I've heard of forcing metal ***** through them starting with small diameter and progressively moving up to the actual diameter of the runner. To clean up my intake manifold I used a high pressure hose and castrol superclean.

If you can find some one that can fix horns like a music store they can do it. Their are a few poeple on the bord that whent this way. To clean it I like the good ol perple stuff and a presure washer.
