PCV question (sorry)

Hey guys, I had a quick question. Every time I drive my t/a I notice what looks like condensation on my PVC hose. It appears to be oil and not water all over it. I haven't replaced the pvc Valve yet and am not sure if that will solve this. Was also wondering about maybe a breather too. Thanks everyone

Re: PCV question (sorry)

Possible the hose has a crack in it and allows the oil vapor to escape out it.
I would pass on the breather in place of the pcv valve or the hose that doesn't see vacuum. I played with numerous pcv and breather setups over the years and the one that works best and keeps your engine's exterior clean is the way GM set it up. Chrome breathers work and look pretty but they will leak the oil vapor onto your pretty valve covers under load/heavy throttle. You'll be wiping them down after every trip that the engine oiling system sees full operating temps.
