1988 TPI C207 pin out needed, fuel pump wire specific.

I've ran through many forum posts in search of C207 pin outs for the engine harness side of a 1988 tpi in relation to fuel pump relay/fuel pump control. The interior half of the harness is from 87 and it's to my understanding that:

PIN B - ALDL/Fuel Relay
PIN D - Fuel Relay/Fuel Pump
PIN L - Fuel Relay/Fuel pump (L69) (not important to this scenario)

I've been unfortunate in my quest to find where these would connect on the 88 harness side so my fuel pump could be of use.

These are some of the things I've found on the forum and they have been of assistance but not enough.

Did you find any of that previously discovered information to be inaccurate ?? Seems like it might have been found on my website..............

Here are the diagrams for the 87 TPI Electric Fuel Pump:

Re: 1988 TPI C207 pin out needed, fuel pump wire specific.

Here are the 88 schematics:

Looks like the TAN/White wire leading away from the C207 on 87 changes position in 88. in 88 it appears that the TAN/White wire was re-located to the C100 ENGINE harness connector on the drivers side firewall.

Also notice that the ALDL circuit to the fuel pump was also changed from 87 PIN "B" C207 and moved to C100 'E6'.

Hope that helps !!

Re: 1988 TPI C207 pin out needed, fuel pump wire specific.

So far the information seems accurate and the only thing stopping me is the fuel pump related wires, I'll have to admit I'm uncertain on how I'm gonna rewire the C207 fuel pins from the 87 side into the C100 88 side and what else I'll have to fix. Honestly might just hunt down an 87 engine harness to replace my replacement 88 one. But I appreciate your help sir!

Re: 1988 TPI C207 pin out needed, fuel pump wire specific.

If you change to 87 under the hood remember that in 87 the ECM harness and the ENGINE harness are 2 different things. (Be sure your buying both and not just the ECM harness !)

The 88 harness merged both harnesses into a (huge) single harness; there was a change to the headlight harness from 87-88 too if I remember right. I think it changed due to Wiper motor/wiring change ??
