next budget bolt on

I wanna upgrade my L98 rockers to the 1.6's. I hear so many mixed opinions on what to get, clearence, ect..... From your experience, what rockers (roller type) have you guys had the best of luck with. I also will be getting the billet specialties calve covers too. Should i get self, or non aligning? TIA guys

Tom

If its for your 91 they have to be self aligning I belive from 87 up they nolonger use guid plates from factory they also have to be the narroe bodyed ones to work with center bolt valve covers. Crane use to be the only ones that made them but Im sure this has changed. I think their is clearnce problem with the puch rods if you use 1.6 with the stock heads and came but Im not positive on this It has ben brought up be fore so if you do a serch on 1.6 rocker or even the hot cam kit you should find what your looking for.
