Engine cuts out under wot

Juat swapped a 1990 tpi engine into the car. Having an issue runs great under normal driving. But when wot it hesitates and then cuts out like it has a delay box in it and picks back up after a few seconds. Fuel pressure stay normal. All I know about the engine is that it has 24lbs injectors and he had eeprom burned by the company he back the conversion harness from. I did replace the map and tps sensor due to codes coming up. I've tried adjusting timing but doesn't help and rechecked all connections. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Re: Engine cuts out under wot

You need to data log the live data from the ECM. With it being swapped and modified there is no way to help you without knowing what the ECM is doing with fuel, timing, etc. It may be a problem or it may be a bad tune, or many other things.
