Bogging TPI 305

I'm stumped. Fuel pressure is good, timing is set to spec, tpi bogs and tries to die when releasing the clutch unless you slip the clutch. Doesn't have the power it should accellerating, thru full range of rpm. No lean pops or backfiring.

Disregard, disconnected 1 wire connector by right valve cover, not tan/black stripe wite at ac box . Dont remember how to delete the post
