Re: 4th gen fuel tank
I have one off 01 camaro and theres no baffling inside tank. The fuel pump module however has a fuel bucket I suppose to keep the pump fuel of fuel when cornering.

If you need a fuel tank, its not a bad thing. But you'll need to mess with the sender because the resistance range is different. Its documented somewhere on the boards. Can't remember where, but search will find it.

Re: 4th gen fuel tank
It is a superior tank for cornering since the pump is in a bucket, it will also never rust.
It is slightly heavier than the steel tank though, only a couple pounds though

Re: 4th gen fuel tank
I did an 02 tank in mine. If I remember correctly, you just swap out the little cardboard resistor strip on the sender to get the gage to read right. My latest iteration uses an later model ECM that will provide my fuel level so I kept the LS1 sender but bent the float rod 180 degrees so the resistance reads in the opposite direction...not necessary for the stock 3rd gen gauge.
