What is the best brand to get or are they all basically the same?

I've ordered a Holley AFPR based on some good feedback I got from some members here. The advantage of the Holley AFPR is that it can be adjusted with just two fingers, no Allen key or wrench is required for adjustment. And it's a lot nicer looking than some of the others.
