Motor Swap...TPI?

Okay right now I got an TPI 305 in my 1987 IROC-Z28 Camaro. I'm planning to get a Stroker 383(500Hp) motor dropped in real soon. Can I use the whol TPI system instead of a carb.? Please help!

IT wont be no 500hp engine with TPI on top of it thats for sure

Stick with the carb, or settle for 400hp
