1985 Iroc, will turn off during idle

1985 iroc, has been sitting for 26 years in my dads garage, has got new injectors, fuel pump, and spark plugs (did not get gapped and were 26 years old but new in the box and wrapped in plastic)
The engine struggles when I let it idle and it ends dying off like in the video, if I am persistent with starting it up after it dies it will idle fine but the rps will shift around going from 500-1500. When I give it gas some gas the engine sounds good but a lot of the time it will die off or struggle after I give it that gas. Planning to take it to a shop soon. Please watch the videos the link might need to get pasted in another window! Why does it die when idling?!
