Fuel rail o-rings/seals
Hey guys,
Where can I find, preferably a complete set, of O-rings for the fuel rail? I'm talking about the seals for the crossover pipes, the FPR, etc. I can easily get the injector O-rings. It's everything else I can't seem to find.
Several of my injectors decided to leak when I guess the injector O-Rings failed and I'd REALLY hate to put it back together without replacing everything. I don't want to see a lower plenum with large puddles of fuel ever again.
I have been googling and searching and whatever for these things. Visited 5 gazillion parts house.
(LB9 if it matters but I seriously doubt it does)
Edit: While I'm at it, I'm replacing the Rochester type injectors with the Bosch from South Bay. Any tips, other than the included instructions?
Edit 2: Nevermind. The one place I did think NOT look until after I posted this was South Bay itself. They have a set, hopefully it's what I want. Had to call them because I had problems with the site, BTW, just want to mention their excellent service.

Standard motors sk24 for rail crossover kit .
if you got the D3 injectors lube the o-rings up and install in the intake first then install the rail. Prime the fuel system a few times check for leaks before putting on the runners.

Re: Fuel rail o-rings/seals
A lot of this stuff has run together in my mind over the years because I work on lots of different GM stuff. Turbo Buicks, Turbo GMCs, Turbo Pontiacs, TBI cars and trucks, and TPI cars.
The fuel rail O-ring rebuild kit is SMP SK24. 9 O-rings. (2 won't be used on 89+ TPI engines because those don't have the 9th Cold Start Injector).
The fuel supply & return line that connects to the fuel rail uses SMP SK18 which contains 1 each SK26 supply line and SK27 return line O-rings. If you aren't touching anything fuel related on the back of the car you only need the SMP SK18 kit.
.
SK26 has 10 each supply line O-rings (I think these O-rings are also used somewhere on the back end of the car too. Maybe fuel filter and/or rubber fuel supply hose)
SK27 has 10 each return line O-rings
I'm not betting my life on these part numbers. I may have them backwards.
I like to use plain jane Vaseline petroleum jelly for O-ring lube on fuel related O-rings.
