Code 22 Bad TPS?

What’s up guys so I have been working on my 85 iroc with a lb9 this week I got a code 22. In was trying to adjust the TPS but when I hook up to it with the key on and the back pronged I get .48 volts and at wot the TPS does not go past 2.24. To get the .48 volts the TPS is positioned all the way up. I drove it today and it did not set a code but the car feels like it jumps thru power it starts slow then kicks up. I inspected the harness and grounds it all looks good. This car is all original as you can tell by the pictures the smog equipment is still on it. I’m leaning towards a bad tps but want to be sure. Any help is appreciated thank you. I don’t know why the previous owner had a thing for blue as you can tell😂

Verify that the +5V reference supply is present on the gray with to the TPS, and that the black wire there is an actual ground.
