HELP, rough running after parts replaced??

I just finished replacing my iac valve, tps, and distributor rotor with new gaskets for my manifold. I started her up and she's running absolutely awful, and when I rev her a bit the revs hang way longer than they are supposed to. Do I just need to re-do the timing or is something else to blame??

What is base timing set to ? Have you checked for vacuum leaks and iac is moving based on ecm command?

I have not checked for leaks, and im not sure how im able to see the iac working. And I'm clueless on the base timing, I was told as long as the rotor doesn't spin I'd be alright. This was my first time replacing my rotor so I wouldn't be surprised if I had to redo the timing, especially since the rotor did move VERY SLIGHTLY but it still looks as if it's in the same position I took it out from

if you pulled the intake manifold, yes base timing needs to be set with est disconnected. A scanner or tuner pro rt you can see iac command and steps or a iac noid to see if it’s being controlled. Might double check firing order as well.

Firing order is definitely good, I'm worried about my revs too, they hang and slowly go down. Would that be because the engine hasn't reset the iac and tps? What are tge procedures for setting them up?
