I am thinking of changing my TPI 350 over to a carb. Has any one on the board done this. I need info. Does it make a difference in hp and torque. which carb and intake is a good combo. What does the change over involve. I know the intake has to be removed and disableing the factory intank fuel pump. going to a aftermarket electric fuel pump. But how about the wiring of the computer, and gauges. Am I going in the wrong direction for hp, would I be better off upgrading the tpi system. and will the stock heads work alright with a intake and carb combo and maybe a cam.

Didnt mean to have so may questions, but this Is a big change over and I need advice

If I do change It over what is the the Tpi system worth If I sold it.

 

I think you are going the wrong direction. Read the entire TPI section and think about it.
