aluminum heads inside (and injector gurus)

I've been lurking forever, this is my first post I believe.

Do auminum heads (corvette or aftermarket) LOOK any different then stock when they're in? Can you just look at any exposed part of the heads and say "Hey, nice aluminum heads!" or do they look the same as the iron?

Also, what size injectors (and a brnad anyone recomends?) would I need to feed a nitroused 383 TPI? The old ones seem to be wearing thin...

unless you have seen a lot of heads you might can
see a slight difference in port size, port shape, and differences in combustion chamber

Aluminum heads look............well................ALUMINUM, much like Centerline wheels.........unless of course someone painted them. Seen it done, don't know why you'd cover up the aluminum tho..............

They say 24 lb injectors are good for up to 450 HP. I have 24's in my 406 (no nitrous) and they are plenty big for 'me'.
