Injector Swap 19# to 22 or 24#

My 87 T/A 305 has stock 19# injectors in it with over 150,000 miles on them. Can I switch to 22# or 24# injectors without any other modifications? Car has stock intake and manifolds. Ported runners, custom CAI and flowmaster. Do I need an adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator? Thanks!!

No you cannot change your injector size w/o changing the chip. Otherwise you will simply run rich all the time. Even 22s will take you to the edge of what the ECM can compensate for in closed loop.
Now once you're in the chip you can do whatever you want. I run 22lbers @ 50psi (effectively almost 24lbers) in my stock 305 with no problems whatsoever.

Thanks Ed. Read around somemore and pretty much came to the same conclusion. Guess I'll look for a set of 19#ers.
