I'm getting some SLP runners next week. I plan on siamesing them all the way through. also is it ok to siamese the intake and plenum? or should I just port them alittle bit? also does anybody know what kind HP I'll beadding put siamesing everything? is it worth the time? thanks for the help. I just don't wanna break anything on my car :-) double checking before I start.

Yep, Mike's 355 is flying with the siamesed intake - he's got a very impressive combination. Emphasis on combination -- the siamesed intake complements the heads, cam, intake, and gearing very well. However, unless you have a similar set up,, I would not siamese the base or come close to fully siamesing the runners. This is especially so if you're stock or near stock. If your heads are stock, with no more than the stock heads flow you would better suited to fully port the stock base (not siamesed) and open up the diameter of the SLP runners a little. Also, if you have a stock torque converter,, I'd leave the SLP runner length as cast,,, or near stock length. If your heads are stock,, you can't get a lot of HP from them so you might as well go after the extra torque (and HP) a modified long runner set up will give you.

so would it hurt performance alot if I did siamese everything? because I'd eventually like to change the cam end of the summer/next summer. and I will be changing to 1.6 rr's this summer for sure. and while I have em off should I just do it?

If you have a KEY WORD ****TPI***** (AKA REALLY CHOKES THE 350) KEY WORD ****350**** It would helf it very much to siamize everything.... you can not half *** the job the it must be done with precision like mike did!!!
