Stupid vacuum leak!

Hey guys. Well, i took off my throttle body a while back to change out the IAC, and in the process, managed to break off a bolt in the IAC housing, which connects it to the throttle body.

I just tossed it back on, and once i did that, i have had a vacuum leak, making my breaks suck, and my engine idle higher then normal. At first i figured it was the new IAC, but i heard a hissing sound when i first installed it again, which quieted after about 60 seconds.

I pulled off the TB once more, and am having a mechanic drill out the broken bolt, then im going to tear it down, and install new gaskets (including a new tb-plenum gasket, even though the other is in sweet shape from the change a few months ago).

Does anyone know how many ft/lbs my tb needs to be torqued to? Also, that broken bolt had a good 3 mm still in the bottom, could it have been causing such a drastic vacuum leak? Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of what to check for while i have it off.

Thanks!

I'll just add the torque for the IAC Coolant housing bolts are 27 in/lbs (3.0 Nm) and the IAC itself would be 13 ft/lbs (18 Nm)
