tpi on a 77 350

will the tpi unit fit on these engines?i mean i dont know if the heads are any different or not?thanks for your time.

Yep, put one on my '79 406 motor................just put the newer heads on.

you don't even need to swap heads. An 85 or 86 tpi intake will both right up to the earlier style heads.

And a later intake can bolt up with some mods as well.

I did this. Used some 882 heads which when you look at the numbers flow pretty good. Ported them using standard abrasives guide and then took them to have a valve job and such.

I was about to start a post for a simalar question. I have an 86 t/a with a 305 and i'm going to drop a 350 from a 77 truck into it. SO my intake will bolt up.
