Vac line from passenger side of TB to passenger valve cover
Ok guys here's the deal. I'm sick of the ol'L98 PCV loop and valve covers. I will be switching over to the LT1 PCV loop shortly. I was just curious as to what the vac line stated in the title is for. Is it also part of the stock loop? If not can I ditch it anyways and get new valve covers without the opening? Are there any openings I really need anyway beside the oil filler? My new heads are drilled for center and perimeter bolt covers so I think I'm going to get a good pair and ditch all these annoying lines, epecially since I'm going with the LT1 PCV loop now.

I'm glad you asked this question. I was about to ask something similar.
On mine, the right (passenger) side, takes in filtered air through the TB then under the "TUNED PORT INJECTION" plate and out the side port.
My question
I bought this set of '92 Corvette valve covers on ebay:

One cover has the oil fill and a pcv hole, the other is blank. I'm putting these on an '88 TPI. Should I have a hole cut in the blank cover or should I hook up the pcv loop differently?
BTW - They don't look like that anymore. I have removed the paint and polished them. Gonna look great with the polished plenum and runners.
