I don't know if it's auto, but manual tranny, crane 2032 works nice 214/220 ~.5" lift with 1.6 RR, you'll need a custom chip to get the most out of it, definate power increase though. I imagine an auto would need a stall in the 2000+ range to not have driveablity problems.

It is best to call Comp Cams and get them to help you select the best camshaft for your car. I did and I was glad I did, I had already picked out the cams I thought would be best after looking at about 100 and testing them on desktop dyno. Then I called Crane and tried theirs, they recommended the one I had chosen from their line. Then I called Comp Cams, they recommended a totally different cam than the one I had chosen. It actually looked to be a milder cam than the one I had selected. But I got the numbers and plugged it into desktop dyno and guess what. It showed an increase of 45 HP and no loss in torque, I was impressed so much so I bought the cam. The number in the US is 1-800-999-0853 for cam help, I'm not sure what it would be from Sweden.
Stall is referring to an automatic transmission, specifically when the torque converter overpowers the brakes and your car goes like it or not. You have a manual tranny so you don't have to worry about it. Also the Crane Cam referenced I don't think would be best for a stock 305, call Cam Help. Yes, it's a lot of work to change the cam.

These cars are very "chip" sensative, I picked up .5 sec and 3 mph with a SLP chip on my car with the stock cam.
With the crane 2032 cam, the difference between the stock chip and SLP chip was .7 sec and 5+ mph and the SLP chip isn't really meant for my application with a non-stock cam and other mods.
I was/am dissapointed after my cam swap and other mods since I only picked up .2 sec and ~1 mph, but I think a lot has to do with tunning the computer mainly. I did pick up 3 mph in the 1/8 mile and had a missed shift on that run. 14.4 @ 96.8mph.
Cam swap is A LOT of work(10+ hours), probably more than a weekend job if it's your first time and you're doing it with the engine in the car.

Okay .. Thanks for all the help guys.
Itīs a bit more difficult to get hold on stuff to these cars in Sweden... and they cost alot more here.
Seems like itīs going to be a project for the next winter.
